Obituary for Stevina Willmarth

Stevina Willmarth
Stevina Lynn Willmarth, 54, passed away the evening of Monday, April 10th, 2017, from complications following treatment of a blood clot & infection.

Stevina was born December 24th, 1962, in Santa Paula California. She chose a hard life for many years before turning herself around and overcoming addiction. Even before turning her life around, she was known for her big heart and humor. In her final years, she successfully dedicated herself to strengthening family bonds weakened by her addiction. Recently she worked as a bike technician, PVC pipe manufacturer, and became a board member of New Connections, helping other women like herself transition out of incarceration.

Stevina was preceded in death by her father, Philip B. Willmarth, and is survived by her partner Rashell Stahl, mother Mary Ruth Pape, son and his fiancé, Philip A. Willmarth and Katie Tyndall, brothers Martin Willmarth, Richard Willmarth, sister Tina Levis and all her cousins.

There will be a celebration of her life Sunday, May 7th, from 1pm - 3pm, at the University Place Senior Community Center. 2534 Grandview Dr W, University Place, WA 98466.

Memorial contributions may be made in her name to “New Connections | Serving Life” https://nctacoma.org/

Stevina was loved her family and friends. She will be profoundly missed.
