Barbara Hansen, 74, of Tacoma died July 2, 2016 at St. Joseph ' s Hospital. Born 2/15/1942 in Butte, Montana, she was a dedicated genealogist, a skilled weaver and gardener and a longtime member of the Industrial Workers of the World. Barbara is survived by her partner Allan Poobus, daughter Catherine Hansen, mother, Leona ( George ) Anderson and brother Bill Case as well as six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
